I vividly remember when we conducted a post-construction cleaning service at Richmond Estate in Lekki , Lagos, Nigeria, it was tough because the stain on the tiles,marble,bath, windows and most especially the glass in the paint house was some write home about and the owner of the building was telling me that most cleaning service has come but the discover that they can not handle it properly and the left but she was relly amazed when skinny young man accept to deliver well.To end this story , she paid me 10% extra after a successful service delivering .
